- Friday start lists are posted
- Three 6000W generators will be delivered to the stadium tomorrow between 7:30 and 8 to use for waxing. They will be available both days. Please use your own power if you have it, but we hope this will be enough to meet everyone’s waxing needs.
- EISA bibs and parking passes for Saturday will be distributed between 8 and 8:30.

2/7/2018 updates:
- Limited power is available in the stadium
- There is not any running water on site
- Timing chips will be used on Friday
- Substitutions to scoring teams must be made by 5pm on Thursday, February 8. Please email both Ed Despard (edwarddes@gmail.com) and Brayton Osgood (brayton.k.osgood@dartmouth.edu).
- Women’s start on Friday is moved back to 12pm.

- Saturday start times and schedule (30 second intervals):
- 10am: Men
- 12:15pm: Women
- 12:30pm: Men’s awards
- 2:30pm Women’s awards
Friday’s race is a HF only event. No pure fluorocarbon powders, blocks, or liquids please.
Entries:
All entries for Friday’s race are through Tom Kendall’s Form, this includes open carnival skiers.

Entry fee for open entries on Friday only is $30/person. Make checks payable to Dartmouth Ski Team.
For Saturday’s interval start race – official college teams (top 6) are entered through Tom’s form by noon on Wednesday, ALL other athletes entering outside of your top six must enter through SkiReg. Registration closes at 5p Wednesday for those athletes. NENSA is offering 1-day memberships for open EISA entrants who are not NENSA members. Please read the detailed notes on this process from Justin Beckwith. This is the same process used last weekend at UVM.
Bib pick up for Friday will be in the touring center building. Bib pick up for Saturday will be at the Ray School on Reservoir Road (map).
Seeding:
Friday will be seeded by EISA seed groups, 1-6 first in that order, and then open skiers. Saturday will be seeded by USSA points. Seed lists are posted at Bullitt Timing.
Timing:
Timing for both days is by Bullitt Timing. Seed and start lists will be posted and linked as available. Live timing will be available at live.bullitttiming.com. Timing chips will be used on Friday.
Courses:
Friday’s race will be on the 10k loop, and will be a single lap for each race. Saturday’s race will be on the 5k loop and will be two laps for men, one lap for women. Courses will remain open during the races, please remind skiers to be aware and ski only in the direction of travel.
Venue:
Parking is tight at Oak Hill. Please park wax trucks and trailers along the western edge of the parking lot. Teams will be limited to two vans on race days.Power is not available in the parking lot, please bring a generator for your wax truck/trailer. A limited number of outlets are available in adjacent to the stadium.
A heated tent with tables and chairs will be located between the touring center and stadium on both days for athletes and spectators.
There is not any running water at Oak Hill.

- 10km map
- 8:30am: Bib pickup opens at Oak Hill Touring Center
- 10:00am: Men’s race starts
- 12:00pm: Women’s race starts
- 1:45pm: Awards for both races
- 2pm: Skate course open for inspection, no skating at Oak Hill before this

- 8:00am: Course open for inspection, and will remain open during the race. All races are 30 second interval start.
