- New Ford Sayre Logo January 26, 2014
The Ford K. Sayre Memorial Ski Council wishes to thank Tina Nadeau for her great work on our new logo. You will see the new magnet on local cars, and the iron-on patch on the clothes of local skiers.
The new logo highlights the four types of skiing that are part of the Ford Sayre program, and also emphasizes our desire for more snow, especially this year. This design replaces our old logo shown below.
Tina Nadeau was born and raised on Long Island in a family of artists and ultimately earned a degree in graphic design at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City. After working in fashion catalogue design for a few years, she relocated to the Upper Valley in 2000 with her husband and started her family while serving for nine years as a graphic designer at Dartmouth’s Design, Printing, and Mailing Services. After leaving DPMS to pursue certification as an art educator from the Upper Valley Educators’ Institute, she presently assists in a fifth-grade classroom at the Ray School in Hanover while also teaching courses at the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen. She still freelances as a graphic designer as well, primarily for the Hood Museum of Art at Dartmouth College.
Thanks very much, Tina!
