We aim to be efficient and comprehensive with Ford Sayre alpine communications. In this effort, we will typically communicate via:
- Team-level calendars (see TeamSnap or below) for season-long planning and updates,
- Weekly emails in-season with practice details and reminders,
- TeamSnap app to communicate more spur of the moment information for our U12 and U14 athletes (e.g., a change in practice plan, race start details).
We are still learning the details of TeamSnap so please be patient and share feedback on the TeamSnap experience.
Two-way communication is key to creating an optimal experience. If you have concerns or suggestions for improvement, please share with the coaches and/or program heads.
