Registration and bib pick-up for the BKL races is from 9:00am to 12:00pm, but registration for a race will close half an hour before the scheduled start (race schedule is on SkiReg).
It is a mass start freestyle race (by age group/gender class), except for the 1st/2nd graders, who will be skiing a classic race.
In an effort to more gradually recognize results as kids get older, times for 1st – 4th graders will be posted on a bulletin board at the race site and 1st – 4th graders will receive participant ribbons at the finish line (no podium or place ribbons). Times & results for 5th-8th graders will be posted at the race site and on the race website & 5th-8th grade skiers will receive participant ribbons, as well as place ribbons for the top ten in each gender/age group and a podium ceremony.
The Citizens Race is a mass start freestyle race open to all. This race will start at 1:30 or after the conclusion of the awards for the BKL races. Registration and bib pick-up for the Citizens Races is 12:00-1:00PM
Flouro Glide Wax Policy: The Silver Fox Trot is a flouro free event.
